- Example Character References
[/bullet_block]
In Step 4 we went into some detail to explain how your Character References should be set out and what issues they should discuss. If you would like access to some basic and somewhat generic Character References Examples, please click on the relevant links below:
A. Employment Character Reference – Example of a Employer’s Reference
B. Social / Community Character Reference
C. Family Character Reference – Example of Wife (or Partner’s) Reference
Remember that for the Employment and Social / Community Character References, wherever possible try to get the Character Reference printed off on a professional letter head and make sure your tender original signed copies before the Magistrate – this shows that the Character References are more authentic.

- Example Court Submissions
[/bullet_block]
We need to be careful when providing you with example Court submissions – the reason why is because we need to stress that each and every drink driving case will be different. We have tried to cover all main aspects and issues that can arise in a drink driving matter in the membership content and material so it will be up to you to assess your own situation and customize your Court submissions to your own circumstances.
In any event we would like to provide you with a couple of examples of Court submissions to give you an idea of how they should be set out and to show you their structure and flow.
The examples provided are simply that “examples” of generic drink driving matters and should in no way be used exactly as they appear for your own case.
